Restaurant with bar appreciated for its simple formula with fresh products
Paul Gineste of Saurs launched this restaurant in 1959 in Paris, then it was Toulouse, Bordeaux, Nantes, Lyon and then Montpellier. The formula is simple and you have no choice: a walnut salad and then a 170 gram counter with its home fries (will) and its famous sauce. This sauce, whose recipe is jealously guarded secret, is a feast and comes with a soft and delicious meat. All products are fresh and prepared to order. Inside on several floors, you can find the Scottish and black wall decor and lemon jaune that nobody the nappes, menus and waitresses. Two wines in choice: a Bordeaux, Réserve reserve and a Faugères. If you still have some appetite, taste the desserts; fresh le of pineapple; for the gourmands, dare the profiteroles! Arm yourself for patience because there are often the world waiting in front of the bar, ideal being to present around 19 h or 22 h.
