At Ludoyou can find Bouzigues, Quiberon, Fines de Claires of Marennes, Normandie Isigny, Special, Special Papin, Roumegous, flat oysters of Ile de Ré, Gillardeau… In short, French oysters, depending on the arrivals and season. They are opened in front of you. Only N°3 one, highly iodized for a pleasant tasting. Also fish soup, shrimp, mussels, clams and bulots but also a pata negra bellota dish.
