Since they took over this cheese temple, Marie and Sophie have shared their love for raw milk cheeses. Over the years, they have built up a formidable network of producers and they showcase their products on original gourmet boards. These are made up of cheeses, raw vegetables, dried and fresh fruit, homemade jams, and are accompanied by regional wines, local beers and homemade fruit juices. Plates of Lacaune charcuterie and desserts are also available.
