Mexico, Mexiiiiiico! You can find Mexican cuisine in the south of France, very near to Corum, in Montpellier. These specialized establishments in tacos (pancakes containing corn called "tortillas" that you garnish with vegetables and meat), which abounds in Mexico, landed at rue du Pila Saint Gély in a quite "exotic" setting... The "caveleras", the skull with flashy and merry design decorate the exposed stone walls of the restaurant wiht high ceiling and the wooden tables where red candles illuminate and bring joy and warmth to the place. On the menu, tacos containing pork, beef, chicken or vegetarian, burritos, tortillas, quesadillas and botanas (appetizer). They are at cheaper prices, the dishes are rather consistent, the drinks are caliente (cocktails and Mexican sodas). And at least, you travel without breaking the bank.
Nous y avons pris l'apéro : vin et jus mexicains avec une assiette de Guacamole, tortillas et cheddar et c'était bon et copieux.
