TARTINE AU FOUR

It's a Lebanese restaurant that offers traditional galettes known as Manouché. It's a small shop that opened 8 months ago that doesn't look like much but offers very good patties to eat on the go or to take away, with names and flavors that smell good of fresh mint, tomato, cottage cheese and spices and that can contain meat. There are even lactose-free, vegetarian, halal and vegan versions, so there's something for everyone. Students are even entitled to a discount, which is logical given the location of the establishment on rue de l'Université and the formulas offered.
