GYM RELAX

Gym Relax is a physical and sports association born in 1998. It offers activities focused on the development of body awareness through several methods, both modern and traditional. You can try yoga, stretching, soft gymnastics and pilates. Sophrology sessions are also organized as well as Yoga outings to the beach with, in particular, exercises on the water (Yoga Paddle). Classes are given at the Ôm Sweet Ôm centre, located in the Aubes district, 5 min from the Corum tram stop, or at the Babote gym near the Halles Laissac.
