JOANA YOGA

It was during her studies that Joana discovered her passion for yoga. After having practiced the discipline solo, she decided to train to teach vinyasa yoga in Mysore (India), a type of yoga that can be defined by a sequence of dynamic postures and by the harmonization of breathing. During her workshops, she adapts to all her students, whether it is because of their level, their age or their handicap. She gives private lessons at home and leads group classes in the Antigone area.
