Starting from the village of Montbazin, the marked hiking trail will take you to the hills of La Moure. On the way, you will be able to admire the capitelles, these dry stone huts which provided shelter for the shepherds, and the washhouses designed to collect rainwater to water the animals. And if you have the courage to reach the highest point, the reward will be there: a beautiful 360° view from the Pic Saint-Loup to Sète. After your walk, discover the village of Montbazin, a former stopover on the Via Domitia built by the Romans. The winegrowers' houses, real mansions, the Saint-Pierre chapel, the belfry, the castle, bear witness to this rich medieval past. Today, this medieval village lives on its wine-growing heritage, which is spread out at the foot of the Moure hills.
