Chic restaurant with a sober decoration offers a gastronomic cuisine.
Set in 150 hectares of vineyards, garrigue and olive groves, Jean-Claude Mas has created this restaurant in the spirit of "Luxe Rural". Inside, the place is chic, and the sober, refined decor is tastefully done. The same goes for the cuisine. Gastronomic, it is based on a fusion menu inspired by the terroir and revisiting the classics. Fresh, inspired and balanced blends. It's a gourmet, quality stopover with a warm welcome. Si je devais donner un petit point d’amélioration : la deco dans la salle pourrait être un peu plus moderne.

Bémol : la quantité dans les assiettes est vraiment minimaliste peut-être est ce la cuisine moderne..qui veut ça
Le saumon avec sa soupe est perdu dans l assiette!! Quant aux fromages ridiculement petits...dommage.
