Jean-François Graff, a young artisan-baker, has been working in Mauguio since 2010. He works there in the old-fashioned way, with natural leaven and French organic flours and, of course, over a wood fire. It produces about ten organic breads and also distributes them by the short circuit on order. Here you will find organic, wholemeal, kamut, rye, spelt, seed, olive, nut and raisin breads. A great success that this implementation.
