It's just a step away from the market that Caro's Bistrot reveals all its charms. Under its beautiful pergola, in the calm of a festive and lively Lunel, Benji, Caro's dear husband, and his team welcome us in a friendly way. At Caro's, it's all about authenticity... We don't mess around with good products! Working essentially with local producers, the chef likes to say that she only cooks what nature wants to offer her. And to enjoy with coffee, there is nothing like the fougasse of Aigues-Mortes, of which Caro holds the secret.

En passant la porte d'entrée, nous nous rendons compte que nous arrivons dans un lieu spécial: accueillant et calme. On s'y sens super bien comme dans une maison familial. Le menu nous est expliqué et nous promets une invitation à "un voyage" dans la région avec ses produits locaux.
Il y a une histoire dans Le menu et les plats proposés. L'accord mets et vins est parfait. Nous avons ressenti une délicatesse et une finesse dans chaque plat.
