The Fountain of Love was an ideal meeting place, hence its nickname

Built on the left bank of the Caval Ferrant brook around 1850, the fountain was fitted out in 1877 and equipped with a balance pump in 1881. Surrounded by a garden, the fountain was a meeting place, hence its nickname. After being abandoned for several decades, the fountain was renovated and reopened in 2018.
