Everything here is homemade: the bread, the burgers, the dish of the day, the kombucha and, above all, the desserts. Marc comes from a restaurant background: 1 and 3 macaroons. A pastry chef by trade. When he returned to France, he settled in the Larzac region, and now prepares delicious homemade burgers "à petits oignons", salads and pieces of meat executed with brio. You'll be welcomed into a metal-framed room with large bay windows, where a huge blackboard presents the menu. A word of advice: try the baba au rhum espuma cappuccino, which will delight your taste buds.
