LE RELAIS DU SALAGOU

Environnement et chalet super, gros défaut le propriétaire désagréable de A à Z. Difficulté à s'amuser à la piscine on ne peut rien faire.

Je reviens d une semaine au relais du salagou. Avis mitigé malgré le fait que les chalets soient très agréables. Nous avions un 4/6 personnes. Frigo en effet bien trop petit pour le nombre d habitant. Plaque de cuisson sans numéro et surtout la présence d un micro onde aurait été vraiment un plus! La salle de bain aurait aussi besoin d un coup de jeune (joins à refaire, bac à douche un peu crade) pas mal de toile d araignée à déplorer également. Le reste du chalet est bien avec une grande terrasse pour les repas. Les chalets ne sont pas les uns sur les autres ce qui permet une certaine tranquillité. Le réel point négatif est L amabilité des propriétaires jean Yves et Nathalie qui ne nous ont pas adresses un sourire du séjour et lorsque nous venions pour une question ou meme une inscription à une activité nous avions vraiment L impression de les faire chier. Ils traitent leurs habitués qui reviennent chaque année comme si C était des membres de leurs famille (tutoiement, joue avec les enfants) alors que nous avions droit à des phrases sèches pendant tout le séjour. Il est clair que nous ne reviendrons pas. Pour le reste, les deux piscines ( une intérieure et une extérieure) sont vraiment très bien entretenues. Le coin jacuzzi également. Nous avons toujours trouvé de la place sur les transats. Il y a aussi un parc de jeu pour les enfants qui est en bon état, un espace bien etre avec jacuzzi sauna et hamam où il n y a rien à redire, bien entendu il faudra payer 10 euros par personne pour une heure mais cela vaut le coup. Le mini golf n est plus en état de fonctionnement, il faut tout refaire. Il y a aussi un parcours de santé ou la aussi des travaux seraient à prévoir. Bilan donc très mitigé. Heureusement le paysage et les visites alentours nous ont permis de passer un bon séjour en famille.

On our side, we spent a wonderful holiday. Friendly and warm welcome, friendly atmosphere, activities several of them free, very clean pools supervised by Jean- Yves (questions of security and of good manners), beautiful vegetation, good meals of Nathalie, well-maintained village, comfortable and functional chalets with a beautiful terrace without forgetting...... the barbecue, go holidaymakers for aperitif.
Nothing to change, remain as you are, Nathalie and Jean-Yves, it is perfect.

We spent our holidays in this lodge in August 2015. The reception is freezing, alone there " habitués" place seem to have good grace of the owners. Our children were constantly taken over by the owner, no ball in the pool, except that other children seemed to have the right to have some. If he saw them in the evening around the residence he told them to go to the bed, but many other young themselves walk without being bored. Booking bread or SPA is uncertain, after 2 reservations of the latter pû without having to get there (for bogus excuse it seems to me T) I dropped! For bread it is similar: you order 3 Baguettes, and gives you that 2, pretexting that baker with due mall allow! Around the owners cannot accommodate or even put their guests at ease. No nice word or smile, beginning at the end of your stay. There really was printing emmerd! There nevertheless, the site is pretty, except for the mini outdated and impassable golf, whereas it is in photo on their website, so you can play! And soccer field/tennis shoe which is the abandoned. On the 2 swimming pools, covered with jacuzzi, was apparently broken down, us therefore could not enjoy it. Two evenings animated relais a little: a DJ party and a meal karaoke, 22 € /sea-green, far too expensive for families; I asked whether that bothered whether you come to visit after the meal; the innkeeper responded me: beinnn, I will not tell you not!! With an antipathetic air. For the chalet nothing to say except that they are not finicky about cleanliness! We did not have an inventory on our arrival that disturbed me, but on this side management is quite flexible apparently. Beautiful bathroom, comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen, the only downside: too small fridge, oven without registration impaired or temperature and hotplates. Toll: I will not come back that if there is a change of owners; these people seem blasé, they should resell before everything is dilapidated. Our holiday had a bitter taste thanks to them… at the price that cost us!!
