LE VIEUX MOULIN

Founded in 1959, it offers a wide variety of oils, mainly made from regional olives. Among these, typical of the department and obtained by mechanical processes, the Verdale de l'Hérault gives a light fruity and herbaceous aroma. There is also the Bouteillan, the Olivière with its notes of basil, apple and banana, and the Aglandau, which represents about 20% of French olive oil production. The store also offers a range of vegetable and gourmet oils, as well as a grocery section.
