CAVEAU DES SCHISTES

At the end of the 70 s, the Maîtres Vignerons du Faugérois had a building worthy of their production, which has more than 70 hectares of Faugères and more than 200 hectares of Slopes from the Languedoc River, as well as country wines. It shows a modern architecture, an evocative glass of its land, but buried, well away from a cellar where the wines assert itself in oak barrels. Selected varieties, traditional vinification or carbonic maceration, each step is carefully followed.
