The Bouchard family has built up a vineyard of Vins de Pays Côtes de Thongues, AOC Coteaux-du-languedoc and AOC Faugères. Known for the Domaine Deshenrys, the family is less known for the Sylva Plana abbey. Cédric Guy, Nicolas and his father Henry-Ferdinand Bouchard decided to expand their range by producing AOC Faugères. The vines are planted on south-facing terraces on a terroir of schist, clay-limestone and grey marble. The harvest is carried out manually with sorting on the spot. During your visit, drop by the tasting cellar.

Menu à 29.5 € ou carte entre 15 et 25 € environ pour les plats.
Bravo pour la qualité des mets et les saveurs qui explosent en bouche.
On peut aussi tester les très bonnes cuvées du caveau ( blanc sec, rosé, rouges , tous bio, de 7 à 18€ selon la bouteille)
