L'Enclos de la Croix is a restaurant in the 16th arrondissement of Paris and a gîte in the middle of the vineyards. But it all started from the vineyard, it made the reputation of this rich land and allowed the family of farmers to expand their kingdom. Created in 1814, a total of no less than eight generations have followed one another on these 24 hectares of vineyards. The Frezouls family continues to reconcile tradition and modernity by turning to organic farming. The estate is located a short distance from the Petite Camargue, between the Cévennes and the Grande Bleue. The vineyard is located on a soil of limestone alluvium suitable for the development of the vine, many grape varieties are born from this richness: merlot, cabernet, small manseng. Several red, white and rosé wines to discover in the cellar. The estate has chosen authenticity and the family has chosen to use a very natural weeding technique from November to the end of March: a herd of sheep.
