Away from the sixties-style buildings, the banks of the Etang du Ponant are a haven of peace. In the shade of the pines, the terrace of this bistronomic restaurant offers a beautiful view of the little port. Comfortably seated in a rattan armchair, you can enjoy freshly prepared dishes. Gris de gris camarguais, ceviche with coconut milk and crunchy pickles, followed by a chocolate trio that plays on textures. Everything is in place for a pleasant moment: modern cuisine, a family atmosphere and professional service.

Déjeuner le jour de noël, personnel aux petits soins comme c’est très très rare aujourd’hui. Cadre chaleureux, romantique avec vue sur le lac du Ponant.

Plats distingués qui correspond au prix en termes de saveurs et présentation. Franchement, probablement le restaurant le plus sophistiqué de la Grande Motte.

Resto sympa avec une déco originale.
Pas mal de choix pour les plats et un choix de 3 ou 4 vins au verre par couleur.
Pas de menu : tout est à la carte, ce qui fait un peu gonfler la note finale. Mais les plats sont soignés et copieux.
