L’ESSENTIEL BY LA PLAGE

In a few years, Hôtel La Plage has become the place to be. With its spa, private beach, 5-star hotel and restaurants, it has been able to make its mark among the luxury establishments that rely on the coast. L'Essentiel is his last restaurant. Located on the first floor of the hotel, it serves the hotel's guests as well as the gourmets who come to enjoy a delicious menu. In the dining room, with a panoramic view of the Grande Bleue, guests enjoy the chef's wonderful specialities, including a maki of buckwheat with Guilvinec langoustines, accompanied by mead espuma and asparagus from Saint-Martin-de-Crau, combava and dandelion hay, turbot from the Breton coasts just pearly, Grau-du-Roi pagoda preserved with Siltimur pepper and its iodine foam with Cancale oyster, the Valrhona chocolate world tour or the "Finger", a Breton shortbread with fleur de sel de Camargue served with mousseline and red fruits. It is a healthy and ambitious cuisine, a cuisine that is remembered.
