An address offering traditional dishes revisited from excellent products.

Chef Marco Martini's cuisine has exotic flavours and is presented in delicate and precise plates. Here all the traditional dishes are revisited and refined to find their own identity, that of Gus. This talent would be wasted without excellent products, that's why the owners bet on quality. Five menus are proposed: "Terre", around duck and beef, "Mer", with fish and shellfish, "Champêtre", turned towards the land, "Végan" and "Confiance", which leaves room for the chef's inspirations.

Service irréprochable, nourriture bonne. Nous avons adorés les entrées et les plats aussi mais moins waouh.
L’entremets passion en dessert à fait l’unanimité et même des jaloux !

Repas professionnel avec au service Victor qui est un jeune avec beaucoup de professionnalisme. On s’est vraiment senti très très bien avec bien sûr un excellent repas servis à temps.
Agréable moment c’est à refaire,

Bon restaurant, superbe vue, belle ambiance, formule de plats très bien faite, seule reproche lorsque l'on prend un apéritif des petits amuses bouche serait le bienvenu (comme les années précédentes....), qualité des plats très bien mais quantités un peu juste.
Sinon jamais déçu.

J’ai organisé mon anniversaire là-bas… et je crois que je m’en souviendrais longtemps. Plats absolument délicieux, service ultra pro (bonne connaissance de la cuisine et des vins) et cette vue… à tomber!
