Opened in 2011, the 1,000 m² space includes a shop specialising in organic and local produce, a beauty salon and a beautiful restaurant. The latter focuses its entire menu on ethical products from the adjoining sales area. The vegetables and fruit come mainly from the region, the meat is supplied by producers from Lozère and Aveyron, and the spices are varied and adapted to gluten-free diets. This gives rise to responsible dishes adapted to vegetarians, vegans and intolerants (gluten and lactose).
