DOMAINE ALQUIER FRÉDÉRIC

Located at the very heart of the faugères appellation, the exploitation was created 35 years ago by Gilbert Alquier, who was one of the first to plant the current varieties of the faugères appellation such as syrah and then unknown mourvèdre. The carignan and Grenache they had been present for a long time. Taken up by the son, Frédéric Alquier, the farm extends over 12 ha and produces wines tanniques, balanced with great charm.
