MAS DES CAPITELLES

Winery

Winegrowing is part of the family history. Cédric, Brice and Jean Laugé have been working the vines with respect for the environment and tradition for some thirty years. The vineyard produced its first organic harvest in 2011. The estate is also cultivated biodynamically. Biodynamic viticulture corresponds to a certain idea of viticulture, which consists of listening to nature, to living organisms and to the different life cycles of the plant. The aim is to recreate harmony between soil, plant and man.
