PARRAINEZ UN CEP AU DOMAINE DE CÉBÈNE

For three or five years, and for the modest sum of 55 euros, Brigitte Chevalier offers to "sponsor" her most beautiful vines. The General Council of the Department of Hérault also welcomed this initiative as proof of its desire to safeguard its wine-growing heritage. It must be said that the maintenance of the vine stocks requires long hours of craftsmanship; an indispensable but costly commitment. As a thank you for your support, bottles of the wine produced will be offered to you and you will benefit from the price reserved for cultural and festive moments: open vineyard days, family walks with a taste of schist, training courses and discoveries.
In 2007, Brigitte Chevalier acquired her first vineyard plots in Faugères, in the heart of the Haut-Languedoc Regional Natural Park. She gives the name Cébène to this adventure, echoing the Languedoc goddess who inspired her name in the Cévennes. This is a vineyard with astonishing terroirs: north-facing vines, a unique geology, authentic grape varieties, rooted on wind-swept heights, very limited yields... From the very first vintages, the style and delicacy of its wines are evident.
