The first vintage was harvested in 2003 and quickly seduced the fine noses of the region. Each vintage reveals its secrets. Powerful aromas of garrigue, tapenade, wild blackberry, apricot or peach give the very particular tone to this typical wine from Roussillon. You can also enjoy the Picholine or Lucques olive oils.
