FERME DE LA FAGEOLE

Pierre Baccou's farm, located in Courniou in the Haut Languedoc Regional Nature Park, specializes in the breeding of Limousin cows. With a herd of 70 suckling cows, the farm emphasizes attachment to the land, respect for the environment and a human-scale operation. The farm extends over 144 hectares, enabling 95% of its feed to be produced in-house. The animals are marketed in a variety of ways, including direct sales to consumers in the form of meat boxes.
