This address, which is both a restaurant and a guest house, has recently undergone a total renovation. Behind the stove, the chef skilfully juggles with seasonal Mediterranean produce to create mouth-watering dishes. His proposals are constantly changing but remain balanced and colourful (pan-fried duck foie gras with apple and passion fruit compote, avocado cream and octopus carpaccio or duck terrine flavoured with Muscat wine). For the sweets, a roasted pelardon with tapenade or a soufflé with Grand-Marnier.
