Cooking with Mediterranean seasonal products in a restaurant and guest house in Colombiers.
This address, which is both a restaurant and a guest house, has recently undergone a total renovation. Behind the stove, the chef skilfully juggles with seasonal Mediterranean produce to create mouth-watering dishes. His proposals are constantly changing but remain balanced and colourful (pan-fried duck foie gras with apple and passion fruit compote, avocado cream and octopus carpaccio or duck terrine flavoured with Muscat wine). For the sweets, a roasted pelardon with tapenade or a soufflé with Grand-Marnier.

Le parking était partagé entre l'hôtel et le restaurant, il était donc très facile de ne pas avoir de place.
L'endroit est très sympa, et c'est très bien, mais sans aucun doute, je n'y retournerais pas.

Habitación muy buena, cómoda y agradable, el servicio nos decepcionó muchísimo, esperaba bastante más.
El parking a compartir entre hotel y restaurante, así que era muy fácil no tener sitio.
El sitio es muy bonito, y está muy bien, pero sin duda, no regresaría allí.
