FONTEDICTO

In the north of Pézenas, the Domaine de Fontedicto extends on land of immense geological diversity (schist, limestone, clay, volcanic rock…). Dominated by green oak woods, its plots in terraces and planted with traditional varieties of the region such as Grenache, Syrah, Carignan or Terret. Nature lovers, Bernard and Cécile Bellahsen chose to apply a culture of bio-dynamie here in order to keep the soil, plants and surrounding nature to the maximum. They use the horse from ploughing till the transport of grapes and harvesting. Most of their wines, in AOC or Table Wine, are reds that make perfect use of game, meat in sauce or grilled meats.
