These Vins de Pays and Coteaux du Languedoc make up a production of red, white, rosé and sparkling wines
Once occupied by the Romans, it was on May 4, 1825, that the Carthusian Fathers took possession of the site, which they left in 1901, only to return in 1935 and replant the vineyard with high quality grape varieties. Since 2014, the owners Gersende and Nicolas de Saint-Exupéry have been running the vineyard with the greatest respect for the life of the Little Sisters of Bethlehem who live in the monastery. Often distinguished, these Vins de Pays and Coteaux du Languedoc (AOC) make up a production of red, white, rosé and sparkling wines.
