Born into a family of butchers, pork butchers and caterers, master cutter Olivier Gilbert invites you to his boutique in Castries. If you're a fan of Iberian ham, Pata Negra, Bigorre black pork, truffle pâté, artisanal sausages and other exceptional charcuterie, you're sure to find what you're looking for.
