Here you will enjoy the delicious smell of bread, cakes and gourmet chocolates. Indeed, this enterprise located in Castries highlights the taste for tradition and craftsmanship without chemicals. Baguettes are proudly displayed next to different varieties of bread, desserts are so attractive and chocolates are easily sold as gift to offer or to please oneself... Our favourites: baba with rum, meringue with pine nuts, as well as chocolates lined with light fruit-based ganaches (raspberry-cassis ganache, Sichuan pepper...). It is a very nice neighbourhood business.

De très bon gâteaux dans cette pâtisserie . Le pain est bon les chocolats aussi . Un bémol sur le prix des pâtisseries.

First of all, the introduction surprise me: " For four generations [...] " , there is your 5 years of that bakery was held by Mr Malzac.
Later, it is true that the chocolate are delicious even if it never seems to me not to have seen chocolate with the litchis.
The bakery, the white bread is really very good, but it lacks variety...
And finally pastry, a wide choice, beautiful cakes even if the prices are a little outrageous...
A welcoming and clean pastry.
