If you are fed up with the pizzas, but you love Italian cuisine, go to Castries at the foot of the aqueduct. In a beautiful, sober and intimate room opening onto a terrace, we start with antipasto (assortment of roasted vegetables of season and cold meats). After that, the endless pizzas are avoided to delight a risotto with plancha grillées. On the pasta side, there are for all tastes: fresh pasta in the St. James, gambas and asparagus, fresh pasta in the block of Foie gras with pieces, fresh soup accompanied by black truffle sauce in central Italy. An excellent tiramisu or a coupe cream with a lemon cooked in Chianti completes this Italian meal. At noon, the meal at € 12,50 is of outstanding quality/price: kind welcome, attentive service, design crockery, fine flat like this duet of salmon burbot accompanied by a flan of zucchini with a touch of mozzarella. Je suis un peu tatillon ne m’en tenez pas rigueur mais je pense qu’un petit plus un petit je ne sais quoi pourra rendre le plat parfait et donc rendre l’expérience unique ! Mais sinon très bien ❤️
