This family oyster farmer, which has been studying shellfish since 1914 on Étang de Thau and in the open sea, welcomes you in an ocean liner decoration. Anne and Agathe warmly get you in the room or on the terrace, and they assist you in your choices when necessary. There are fish, all kind of shellfish and crustaceans, but also prepared in beautiful ways: red mullet salad, grilled small cuttlefish, fisherman casserole (small bouillabaisse), cuttlefish roasted à la plancha, pan-fried gambas with garlic or the house speciality, mussel rissolette in cumin sauce. For those who prefer meat, they will also have the choice between several dishes such as the rib steak and lamb ribs with herbs.
