The Barba family has been in the fish business for five generations. Lucien and Valerie now have a huge space with impressive fish and shellfish stalls, two huge fish tanks and a restaurant. And you should know that only wild fish are used here! Whether in the fish market or in the restaurant, Barba offers you the best of the sea! Choose your fish, shellfish and crustaceans. You can take them away or enjoy them on the spot. An excellent house. Know that the sign has another address in Valras Plage.

Plutôt appétissant à première vue.
Par contre à la dégustation 1h plus tard, ce n’était plus pareil....
Homard et tourteau sortaient, de toute évidence, de décongélation et ils avaient une forte odeur de « vieille congélation » (immangeables), la mayonnaise (payante !!) pas salée et très pâle (industrielle ???) et la taille de la langouste et du homard à la limite du ridicule.
En résumé, 82€ pour 2 personnes (a emporter) avec des produits de très petite taille et immangeables pour le homard et le tourteau.
Belle arnaque pour une sous-disant institution biterroise qui privilégie la pêche locale et les produits frais.
Les rince-doigts, c’est sûrement un oublie sauf si les patrons estiment qu’il n’y a pas de petites économies.
Etablissement a fuite car seul compte la rentabilité !!!
