Domaine de la Barthe, in the Eychenne family since the early 20th century, was taken over by Yves and Viera in the 1960s. It offers fine, controlled wines, gorged with the sun of the garrigue and born of clay-limestone soils typical of the region. Their diversified vineyards (Merlot, Grenache, Cabernet Sauvignon, Tempranillo, Muscat d'Alexandrie...) stretch along the slopes of the Canal du Midi, offering a broad palette of aromas. The Métamorphose and Eurythmie cuvées have won awards at the Languedoc Grand Vin competitions.

Vi kom utan föranmälan och blev väldigt vänligt bemötta av ägaren. En liten men charmig lokal där vi fick prova ett antal mycket goda viner samtidigt som vi fick höra om hur det är att driva en vingård. Avrundade med att köpa några flaskor av de sorterna vi provat och fick med oss en öppnad flaska "att ha till kvällen" besöket en upplevelse ????

Nous avons eu une très belle expérience lors de la dégustation. Viera et Yves sont très dévoués à leur métier et aussi très divertissants. Ils ont envie de partager leurs connaissances. Ce fut une visite très détendue et nous nous sommes sentis très spéciaux de pouvoir partager leurs vins fantastiques. Nous recommandons fortement une visite à Viera et Yves.

Enorm gastvrije familie! Wij kwamen aan tijdens de drukste dagen van het jaar 'tijdens de pluk'. Desalniettemin namen ze ruim de tijd om ons te laten proeven. Ze zijn authentiek en oprecht. Buiten de gastvrijheid is de Muscat Sec mega lekker!!! Vergeet de olijf olie niet mee te nemen. Kortom wij komen terug ...
