Domaine de la Barthe, in the Eychenne family since the early 20th century, was taken over by Yves and Viera in the 1960s. It offers fine, controlled wines, gorged with the sun of the garrigue and born of clay-limestone soils typical of the region. Their diversified vineyards (Merlot, Grenache, Cabernet Sauvignon, Tempranillo, Muscat d'Alexandrie...) stretch along the slopes of the Canal du Midi, offering a broad palette of aromas. The Métamorphose and Eurythmie cuvées have won awards at the Languedoc Grand Vin competitions.

Pour l'apéro
Accord et met avec le magret même si c'est a la base un apéro ce côté boisé accompagne très bien bien des viandes fortes en bouche
Un réel plaisir qu'on me lai fait découvrir
