Marc, Mathieu and Marion Rolland are passionate and committed craftsmen who welcome you all year round to their pleasant bakery-pastry shop. Made on the spot, the special breads and other more traditional breads accompany your meals while the sweet delights will delight your taste buds. One of their specialities, the cockles of Saint-Aphrodise, is to be discovered especially in April on the occasion of the traditional patronal festival of Béziers.
