The Minotaure is much more than a theatre for Béziers, it is a real place of independent cultural creation. This very pretty theatre with a prestigious past, originally called the Berlioz Theatre, was built at the request of Gustave Fayet, a famous art lover and rich wine owner from Béziers at the beginning of the 20th century. Theatre plays, guinguette musette, chamber music concerts, modern music and world music... The Minotaure hosts cultural events in all artistic disciplines, universes and origins.
