Le Café Brigitte is the gourmet workshop of Tiphaine who, at the top of his thirty years, has decided to launch his own address in 2019. The name of his establishment is a reference to his mother, a true Bessanese with a strong character. Such a tribute perfectly illustrates the identity of the restaurant: it is an address of the heart, full of passion and conviviality. With its double face - café-brasserie from Monday to Friday, tapas bar at weekends - the establishment adapts wonderfully to the week. If the dishes on offer are simple, they are always friendly and hearty. As for the tapas, they are quite varied, see rather: tortilla de patatas, rillettes de chorizo, goat's cheese croquettes, pickled peppers... All the proposals are tasty and made on the spot, with the exception of the artisanal ice creams, made in Gigean.
