Restaurant located at the edge of the pond proposing many specialities of Sète very well executed

This charming place is favourable to a moment of relaxation, the eyes plunged in the pond of Thau. You can almost put your feet in the water and the view on Bouzigues is superb. This institution of Balaruc puts forward the products of the sea and the soil. In addition to the platters of shellfish, you can enjoy a mythical macaroonade of the sea, the aïoli of the guinguette, grilled fish, meat cooked on a wood fire and many regional specialities. Une belle découverte. Une cuisine simple et savoureuse où les poissons et fruits de mer sont à l’honneur. Tout ce que l’on aime dans notre midi. Et une vue merveilleuse sur l’étang de Thau.
