A few years ago, Émilien came up with the idea of setting up his own organic farm in this magnificent setting near Avène, a town famous for its thermal springs. Fruits, vegetables, jams, herbal teas, syrups - there's no shortage of choice on this farm, where excellence in produce is the order of the day. It's possible to visit the gardens in summer, to appreciate the farmer's know-how and enjoy a gourmet break amidst the magnificent landscapes of the Haut-Languedoc.
