DOMAINE DU FRAISSE

Created in 1974 on cleared, Jacques Pons's vineyard covers 20 hectares of Syrah, Grenache, Carignan and mourvèdre. From this cellar dating back to the end of the th century, the wines (vinification in carbonic maceration) were very good, balanced. A crystal-clear, garnet wine, it offers powerful and pleasant aromas. Round, tannic, warm, it can age up to 5 years.
