In 1998, after two years of research to find the ideal place, the Lésineau family bought the Moulin de Ciffre, leaving behind the Bordeaux. In the middle of the garrigues, the vineyard, in 5 appellations AOC: faugères, cabardès, minervois, saint-chignian and hills-du-Languedoc, benefits from a mosaic of land that gives birth to very typed wines. They are eaten on every occasion. The viognier, subtle and aromatic is perfect for aperitif, the saint-chinian accompanies the bucolic meals.

Located in Autignac, in the Languedoc region of France, Domaine Prés Lasses is a winery specializing in the production of organic AOP Faugères wines. The domaine offers a selection of quality wines, ranging from fruity, tender cuvées to be enjoyed young, to exceptional wines requiring 5 to 10 years' ageing to fully express their character.
