Wine cellar and restaurant for a gourmet break in Argelliers.

A path, old stones, a beautiful and timeless setting for a gourmet stopover, this is what awaits you in this beautiful farmhouse nestled in the garrigue. Run by Aurore and Jérôme Aurelle, the establishment has everything to seduce you: typical accommodation, nearly 300 references in its wine cellar and a restaurant that honours the terroir and Mediterranean flavours. Behind his stoves, Jérôme, of Aveyron origin, concocts a very tempting cuisine of character: home-made duck foie gras terrine and its walnut brioche, Roquefort flan, tripous Saugras-style, goose leg confit, orange croquignole, fruit millefeuille and its caramel... We're asking for more.

Ce lieu est magique, en pleine verdure, dépaysement total, les hôtes sont très accueillants et attentionnés, la restauration est digne d'un 4 étoiles, le petit déjeuner est très copieux, merci pour cette jolie parenthèse, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir, continuez aussi, félicitations

Une auberge niché dans la garrigue . Une terrasse à couper le souffle. Un menu à 27€ avec des plats qui sont délicieux et très originaux. C’est à faire absolument. On s’est régalé.
