LAURENS CASTLE

This masterpiece of architecture and decorative arts has been listed as a Monument Historique since 1996. Designed by Emmanuel Laurens, it bears witness to the Art Nouveau style of the early ^20th century. Since 2003, the Agglomération Hérault Méditerranée has undertaken major renovation campaigns to enable this exceptional building to reopen its doors. The estate's gardens are a public park with fields of almond trees, a pond and century-old magnolias. After years of renovation work, the doors of the Villa Laurens are now open to the delight of visitors.
