Jacques and Laurence, whom we had known a few years ago on the other side of the river Hérault at the Grau d 'Agde, settled instead of the Klamar. The place does not lack charm, the large hall decorated with ancient photographs of Agde is open on the outside and the terrace has views over the river and the boats that pass there. The view is impregnable! On the plate, the best of the sea passes through the hands of Jacques (former fisherman), knows his case and prepares; fish soup, fine sea tapas (anchovy nets, carpaccio inns), or knives, and a special mention for the merge. We regenerate with a Provence aioli served on Fridays. All accompanied by a viogniter from Mas Nicolas, Faugères.

De passage à la Tamarissère quelle belle surprise. Dîner excellent, fait maison, produits frais, copieux. Un délice pour les papilles. Accuei, personnel très gentil et agréable à l'écoute. Une adresse à ne pas manquer.

Enfin un bon restaurant sur agde. Excellente cuisine toute en simplicité mais raffinée. D'excellents produits de la mer parfaitement cuisinés. Un régal... J'encourage tous les gourmets à s'y rendre

Le personnel très sympathique et professionnel.
Le repas était très bon.
Pour ma part le panaché de la mer.
Mais si je devais retenir un plat, se serait la soupe de poisson qui était exceptionnelle.
