Located on the road from Anduze to Saint-Jean-du-Gard, opposite the Thoiras train station, which houses the small steam train and a restaurant, the country shop brings together organic farmers from the Cévennes valleys, who take turns to run the shop. Here you know what you are buying and why it is so good. Honeys, pelardons, charcuterie, fruit juices, terrines, everything is pleasant and of assured quality.
