In the heart of the medieval village of Sauve, on its panoramic terrace overlooking the Vidourle, in the shade of its century-old plane trees or in one of its beautifully decorated rooms, Bossens offers tasty 100% home-cooked cuisine. The menu focuses on local produce with a twist! We loved the foie gras with rum and Madagascan vanilla, and the Greek-style beef tartare with a knife. If you've got a sweet tooth, the pastry chef will delight you with her tasty and original combinations!
