Restaurant with the appearance of a rustic-excentric inn practicing open kitchen in Sanilhac-Sagriès

This is THE place in the Uzès countryside that people talk about! This old barn converted into a restaurant looks like a rustic-eccentric inn with a red tractor at the entrance, a design fireplace, a waxed floor, red velvet armchairs, large tables, an open kitchen, a top chef and the song of cicadas in the distance. We like the menu with the slate according to the market and the gathering of wild herbs, figs or ceps. On the plate, beet soup with oysters and sheep's milk cheese, guinea fowl braised with thyme and cream of celery...

Opening time and information on LE TRACTEUR

Closed from November 15 to January 15. Open Tuesday to Saturday for lunch from 12 to 1:30 pm; Thursday to Saturday for dinner from 7 to 9:30 pm. The grocery store and the wine cellar are open from Monday to Saturday, from 9 am to 7 pm. Reservation recommended. Menu: about 24 €. Garden.
